When you request a systems review, we collect the information you submit, including your name, work email, business name, location count, current tools, selected challenges, service interests, and project details.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate your request, recommend a practical starting point, communicate with you, schedule a review, and improve how WESLV presents its services. We do not use a review request to enroll you in unrelated marketing messages.
Site measurement
WESLV uses limited first-party measurement to understand which pages, service interests, and calls to action are useful. These events may include the page path, action label, selected service, and a random session identifier. We do not place advertising cookies or attach these measurements to the name or email in your review request.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the site and respond to requests, including Render for hosting and database infrastructure, Microsoft 365 for email, and Cloudflare for media delivery, DNS, and security. They process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention and protection
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, operate the business, and meet applicable obligations. We use access controls and service-provider safeguards intended to protect the information we maintain.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask questions about this notice, by emailing hello@weslv.tech. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

We may update this notice as the site and services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
